The UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport is recruiting a Chief Digital and Information Officer to lead major 2026 technology transitions, including migration from Google to Microsoft and implementation of a new Workday-based HR/finance platform called NEO. The £144.3 million project, managed by Cognizant, will coordinate five government departments moving off legacy systems.
