Turn-Based Collaboration (TBC) is an agent framework that replaces traditional orchestrator-based multi-agent systems with a single AI cycling through personas sequentially. Each persona (Writer, Editor, Publisher, Researcher) reads full shared state with equal agency, governed by a finite state machine. The approach trades token efficiency for higher-quality, coherent outputs where every contributor has full context and authority to push back.
