nowhere: an entire website encoded in a URL

Nowhere is a serverless website platform that encodes entire applications within URL fragments (the portion after `#`), eliminating the need for centralized servers or accounts. The architecture uses Nostr relays for encrypted peer-to-peer communication, where relays cannot read or trace the data passing through them. Users share a single link that contains the complete application, including data stores and real-time coordination.
