Meta is deploying Model Capability Initiative (MCI), an internal tool that captures mouse movements, clicks, keystrokes, and screenshots from US employee computers to train AI agents. The data will help Meta's models learn human computer interaction patterns to automate workplace tasks as part of the Agent Transformation Accelerator initiative. Meta says safeguards protect sensitive content and the data won't be used for performance assessments.
