Microsoft fixes VS Code after app gives Copilot credit for human's work

Microsoft reversed a VS Code feature that automatically added "Co-authored-by: Copilot" attributions to commits in version 1.110, even when Copilot wasn't used or was disabled. Developers protested that the bot falsely claimed credit for human code and that attributions appeared in Git history after commit message review. The company removed the default behavior.
