Deezer reported that AI-generated tracks now represent 44% of daily uploads (75,000 tracks/day), growing from 10,000 in January 2025. Despite minimal consumption (1-3% of streams), 85% of AI-generated streams are flagged as fraudulent and demonetized. The platform has removed such tracks from algorithmic recommendations and will no longer store hi-res versions.
