Arch Linux now has a bit-for-bit reproducible Docker image

Arch Linux achieved bit-for-bit reproducible Docker images, distributed under a new "repro" tag, following similar success with WSL images. To ensure reproducibility, pacman keys are stripped from the image, requiring users to regenerate the keyring manually. Build reproducibility is verified via digest equality and the diffoci tool.
