iOS 26.4 removed the Czech caron/háček character from the lock screen keyboard, locking out users whose alphanumeric passcodes rely on that character. A 21-year-old student has been unable to access his iPhone 13 since updating on April 5, with no recovery path besides factory reset. The regression persists in iOS 26.4.1.
